Thank you for your interest in submitting your design presentations for possible inclusion in the upcoming publication titled, Visual Communication for Architects and Designers, by Margaret Fletcher. Any type of design presentation is eligible for submission: digital presentations, competition boards, project presentation boards, or anything else that visually describes your work for a presentation situation. Work will be reviewed after the following deadline:

Submission deadline: extended to July 10, 2019! (email mfletcher@auburn.edu if you need more time!)

If selected for inclusion, you will receive an email indicating what has been chosen. Please submit an email address that will be valid through 2021. Selected work will be credited to the name provided in the submission unless otherwise instructed. For team projects, please make a clear list with correct names in the submission form. If any field below is not applicable to you, please write NA in the field.

Submit files in high resolution PDF format.

About the Project

This publication on presentation design addresses the challenges related to visual, verbal and written arguments and is designed and developed as a learning tool, a reference book, and a go-to/how-to publication that provides actionable advice to its readers. It will show you everything you need to know about the full process of creating your design presentations. This new publication will act as a companion to Fletcher's widely successful book on portfolio design, Constructing the Persuasive Portfolio, the only primer you'll ever need.

Margaret Fletcher is an Associate Professor of Architecture at Auburn University’s School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture. She is the Coordinator of the First Year Program of Architecture and teaches the Visual Communications course sequence in the Program of Architecture.
